The mechanics know their stuff, but I feel like I'm paying a premium just for the brand name. The parts costs are especially high.

Communication could be better
My car had a minor recall fix done, but nobody called me to tell me it was ready. I had to call them after the shop closed.

Hit or miss service
The parts department is great, but the service desk can be dismissive. Sometimes I feel like they're too busy to explain the work done.

Great car, minor issue
I really like my new Mercedes, but there was a small scratch on the door they missed during the initial inspection. They promised to buff it out next week.
