Communication could be better
My car had a minor recall fix done, but nobody called me to tell me it was ready. I had to call them after the shop closed.

Hit or miss service
The parts department is great, but the service desk can be dismissive. Sometimes I feel like they're too busy to explain the work done.

Great car, minor issue
I really like my new Mercedes, but there was a small scratch on the door they missed during the initial inspection. They promised to buff it out next week.

Top notch dealership
Professional, clean, and knowledgeable. Marcus answered all my technical questions about the hybrid features before I committed to the purchase. Very impressed.
