I was ready to sign on a new GLA until they added a bunch of mysterious dealer fees that were never mentioned during the negotiation. Very dishonest way to do business. I walked out.

Brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance and sat in the waiting room for four hours without a single update. When I finally asked, they hadn't even started. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency.

The team here is professional. I traded in my old sedan and the appraisal was fair. Financing was straightforward, though the paperwork phase felt like it dragged on a bit longer than I liked.

The car is great, but the sales process was a bit disjointed. I had to repeat my financial info twice because the paperwork wasn't ready when I arrived for the appointment. It was okay, but not perfect.
