Everything worked out well and the car performed perfectly. There were only two people working the desk though, so there was a slight wait.

Had an issue with extra charges I wasn't told about during booking. Very frustrating experience for a simple rental.

Waited over 40 minutes for someone to help me even though I had a reservation. The car wasn't cleaned properly inside either.

Solid service and good pricing compared to the big chains at the airport. Happy with my choice.
