The customer service was fine, but the car I rented had a weird rattle in the steering column. It ran fine, but it was noisy.

Hidden fees and poor communication
Had an issue with extra charges I wasn't told about during booking. Very frustrating experience for a simple rental.

Unprofessional and very long wait
Waited over 40 minutes for someone to help me even though I had a reservation. The car wasn't cleaned properly inside either.

Good experience overall for rental
Solid service and good pricing compared to the big chains at the airport. Happy with my choice.
