The staff made everything so easy. My rental was clean and had a full tank of gas. I'll definitely come back to them for my next visit.

Hidden fees and poor communication

Unprofessional and very long wait
Waited over 40 minutes for someone to help me even though I had a reservation. The car wasn't cleaned properly inside either.
