The car seemed okay at first but then I noticed the pressure was low and one tire was actually damaged. Very annoying.

Hidden fees and poor communication

Unprofessional and very long wait
Waited over 40 minutes for someone to help me even though I had a reservation. The car wasn't cleaned properly inside either.
