I had an appointment but still sat for three hours for a simple oil change. Jered was nice but the system is broken.

Terrible communication from service desk
They kept my car for an extra day without calling to let me know. Pauline was polite but the lack of updates was really irritating.

Good service, just need more parts
They fixed my Forester quickly, but they had to wait two days for a part. Sagoingne provided a loaner which was great.

Average service, nothing special today
Justin was friendly, but my car came back a bit messy after the interior cleaning. Not terrible, just not up to their usual standard.
