The service on my Sportage was great, but the morning drop off line was pretty long. Once I got to the desk, Brenda handled it quickly.

Average service but a bit pricey
They fixed the issue with my window motor, but the labor cost felt a bit high compared to local shops. Quality is fine but consider the cost.

Wait time was ridiculous
I had an appointment but still waited two hours just for an oil change. They were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed in the service bay.

Unprofessional and rude staff
The advisor was condescending and acted like my questions were a nuisance. I won't be giving them my business ever again. Go elsewhere.

They broke my trim piece
Brought it in for a battery replacement and they cracked the plastic cover under the hood. They denied it even though it was fine before.
