Parts are fine but service is slow
The parts are good quality, but the front counter can be really slow when they get busy with mechanics.

Wrong part provided twice
Very annoying experience. They gave me the wrong brake pads twice. Hard to trust their expertise after that mess.

Lost my order completely
Ordered a mirror assembly two weeks ago and they still can't find it. Extremely frustrated by the lack of communication.
