Poor communication after the sale
Bought a boat here, but they forgot to file the registration properly. Had to chase them for two weeks to get my paperwork. Very disorganized office.

Fantastic customer service experience
What a pleasure it was dealing with this marina. Everyone from sales to service was top notch. My new boat was pristine when we picked it up last Friday.
