The XC60 is great, but the service department is always packed. I had an appointment for an oil change and still ended up waiting over two hours. The staff is polite but they definitely need more help.

Exceptional service from the start. We traded in our old sedan and got a very fair value. The financing process took less than an hour, which was a huge relief compared to other dealers.
