Long wait for installation
The gear is fine, but scheduling the install took forever. Communication is really lacking once they have your money.

Too slow for simple repairs

Not helpful with minor issues
They were happy to sell me expensive gear but acted annoyed when I came back with a simple question about setup. Disappointing attitude.
