Too slow for simple repairs
Took three weeks to fix a simple connection issue. Expected much better turnaround time for the premium price they charge.

Not helpful with minor issues
They were happy to sell me expensive gear but acted annoyed when I came back with a simple question about setup. Disappointing attitude.
