I called ahead about a vehicle and was told it was available. After I drove over, nobody could locate it, then I was steered toward more expensive cars. I got no apology and felt like my time did not matter. I left angry and won’t return. This was an exhausting, completely avoidable waste of an afternoon.

My old car finally gave out, so I needed something quickly but didn’t want to rush into a bad purchase. The team showed me a few options within my range and pointed out the differences honestly. I picked a compact sedan, and they had it washed and ready that same day. No pressure, no confusing extras.

Stopped in while visiting Cocoa and found exactly the kind of used truck I’d been hunting for. I liked the straightforward answers, clean cab, and easy test drive. I never felt rushed to sign.

I brought my daughter along to look for her first car. The salesperson spoke to both of us, explained the safety features, and didn’t try to oversell us. We found a well-kept little car in our price range. The process took a bit of time, but everyone stayed helpful and pleasant.
