I stopped at 1st Choice Automotive when a warning light came on during my commute. They worked me into the schedule, checked the codes, and found a failing component before it left me stranded. I liked that the technician explained the problem in plain language and even showed me the worn part afterward. There were no surprise charges or unnecessary recommendations on the invoice. The waiting area was clean, and the staff kept me updated while I arranged a ride. Since the repair, the light has stayed off and the car feels normal again. This was my first visit, but it won’t be my last.
