    I’ve had my brakes and routine maintenance handled here, and both visits went smoothly. They called before doing any additional work and gave me a clear explanation of the parts involved. The shop was busy, but the staff still took time to answer my questions. I’ll be using them again.

    finally found my repair shop

    After moving to Jacksonville, I needed a reliable place to handle maintenance on my older pickup. I tried 1st Choice Automotive for a rough idle and a fluid leak. They inspected both concerns, called with the diagnosis, and gave me options based on what was urgent and what could wait. I approved the work, and the truck was ready without any added surprises. It now starts smoothly, and I haven’t seen another spot in the driveway. What stood out most was how patient they were with my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is difficult, and I’m glad I gave this shop a try.
