good repair, slight delay

I took my SUV in because the air conditioning was blowing warm, which is miserable in Jacksonville. They diagnosed the issue correctly and gave me a reasonable breakdown of the repair before starting. The AC is now blowing cold, and I’m happy with the quality of the work. My only complaint is that the vehicle was ready later than the original estimate, and I had to call for an update instead of receiving one. Still, everyone I spoke with was courteous, and the final cost stayed close to what I was quoted. I would return, but I hope communication is a little better next time.

    I’ve had my brakes and routine maintenance handled here, and both visits went smoothly. They called before doing any additional work and gave me a clear explanation of the parts involved. The shop was busy, but the staff still took time to answer my questions. I’ll be using them again.
