I had been searching for a small second car that would be easy on gas and easy to park. The staff listened to what I wanted instead of steering me toward something more expensive. I was able to inspect the car carefully, test all the controls, and take a decent test drive. The paperwork was organized, and they reviewed everything before I signed. My car was clean at pickup and has been running well. I’d feel comfortable buying from them again.

I drove over after confirming that a particular car was ready to see, but when I arrived it still needed cleaning and the battery was weak. I waited while they got it started, then noticed a couple of interior issues that had not been mentioned beforehand. The salesperson was polite and answered my questions, but the visit felt poorly organized. I did not purchase the car because I wasn’t comfortable moving forward without a clearer picture of its condition and service history.
