The inventory here is solid and I found the motorcycle I wanted. However, the wait time for paperwork to finalize the purchase took forever. The sales staff was nice but clearly understaffed for a Saturday.

I’m a new rider and had no idea what to look for. The staff spent an hour with me walking through safety gear and bike options. They really care about their customers.

Took my bike in for routine maintenance and they held it for three weeks without an update. When I got it back, a part was missing. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication.

Ed helped me compare three different bikes and really knew his stuff. He wasn't trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, which I really appreciated.
