Waited forever for simple service
Dropped off my Sportster for a basic maintenance check but they kept it for five days without calling me once. Communication is definitely lacking here.

Good bike but slow financing
Love the new Fat Bob but the finance department was bogged down. We waited nearly three hours to sign papers even though we had an appointment.

Great shop environment
Always a pleasure walking in here. The bikes are clean and the staff is genuinely friendly.
