Love the new Fat Bob but the finance department was bogged down. We waited nearly three hours to sign papers even though we had an appointment.

Waited forever for simple service
Dropped off my Sportster for a basic maintenance check but they kept it for five days without calling me once. Communication is definitely lacking here.

Parts didn't arrive on time
Ordered custom exhaust parts and they told me a week, but it ended up taking over a month. No apologies from the staff.
