Frustrated by the service process
Was told my car would be ready by 3 PM. Showed up and they hadn't even finished the alignment. Very disappointed in the lack of punctuality.

Service department needs work
My car sat for two days before they even looked at it. Poor communication on updates too. Not what I expect from a BMW dealer.
