They do great work and I never worry about my car afterwards. Prices are high, but you pay for the peace of mind and the BMW specialized care.

Bad attitude and poor service
The service advisor was dismissive when I asked about the cost of the repair. I don't appreciate being treated like I don't know my own vehicle.

Poor service experience overall
I scheduled for a simple software update and it took all day. No one told me it would take that long. I will probably look for another shop.
