They quoted me one price over the phone and then added 300 dollars worth of unnecessary fees when I arrived. Total waste of time and money.

Average service but a bit pricey
They fixed the issue with my window motor, but the labor cost felt a bit high compared to local shops. Quality is fine but consider the cost.

Good work but busy morning
The service on my Sportage was great, but the morning drop off line was pretty long. Once I got to the desk, Brenda handled it quickly.

Wait time was ridiculous
I had an appointment but still waited two hours just for an oil change. They were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed in the service bay.

Unprofessional and rude staff
The advisor was condescending and acted like my questions were a nuisance. I won't be giving them my business ever again. Go elsewhere.
