They fixed my AC issue quickly. The staff was polite, though the wait for the shuttle was a bit longer than I expected. Overall still a solid experience.

They fixed the issue with my window motor, but the labor cost felt a bit high compared to local shops. Quality is fine but consider the cost.

The service on my Sportage was great, but the morning drop off line was pretty long. Once I got to the desk, Brenda handled it quickly.

I had an appointment but still waited two hours just for an oil change. They were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed in the service bay.

The advisor was condescending and acted like my questions were a nuisance. I won't be giving them my business ever again. Go elsewhere.
