Okay experience overall
Came in for a tire rotation. It was done correctly, but the billing process took forever. Staff seemed a little disorganized at the front desk today.

A bit of a wait
They were really slammed when I got there. Even with an appointment, I waited over two hours for simple service. The work seems fine, though.

Good communication throughout
Dropped off my Explorer for a recall fix. They got the parts in faster than I expected. Sarah handled the paperwork. No complaints, job done right.

Decent but pricey
Service was professional enough, but you pay a premium coming to the dealership. My brake job was almost double what my local shop quoted me.
