Service was professional enough, but you pay a premium coming to the dealership. My brake job was almost double what my local shop quoted me.

Nothing special really. Just your standard dealership maintenance. The staff is polite but it feels like they are moving in slow motion sometimes.

Okay experience overall
Came in for a tire rotation. It was done correctly, but the billing process took forever. Staff seemed a little disorganized at the front desk today.

A bit of a wait
They were really slammed when I got there. Even with an appointment, I waited over two hours for simple service. The work seems fine, though.

Good communication throughout
