Went in for an oil change on my F-150. Mike was the service advisor and he kept me updated throughout. Took about ninety minutes total. Nice clean waiting area.

Nothing special really. Just your standard dealership maintenance. The staff is polite but it feels like they are moving in slow motion sometimes.

Came in for a tire rotation. It was done correctly, but the billing process took forever. Staff seemed a little disorganized at the front desk today.

They were really slammed when I got there. Even with an appointment, I waited over two hours for simple service. The work seems fine, though.
