Good work, slightly pricey
They definitely know Mercedes-Benz inside and out. Repairs were done right, but the labor charges are definitely on the high side.

Solid dealer for luxury service
Everything is always very professional. The lobby is nice, and the coffee is good, but sometimes the service takes longer than they estimate.

Poor communication regarding parts
Left my car for a week because they didn't have the sensor in stock. Nobody called to tell me. Very inconvenient for a luxury brand.
