They quoted me one rate online but tried to push a much higher one once I arrived at the desk. Waste of a Saturday afternoon.

Always have a good time here. The lounge is comfortable and the staff actually listens to what you need rather than trying to upsell everything.

Good car but long wait times
The XC60 is great, but the service department is always packed. I had an appointment for an oil change and still ended up waiting over two hours. The staff is polite but they definitely need more help.

Fantastic service department team
Took my S60 in for a weird rattling noise and Mark had it figured out in ten minutes. They had the part in stock and had me out the door by lunch. Really impressed with their efficiency.
