The repair quality is fine but the shop was incredibly crowded and chaotic when I came to drop off my vehicle. Could be more organized.

Decent service but communication was slow
They fixed my bumper well enough, but I had to call them three times to get an update on when my car would actually be ready to pick up.

Part took way too long
Waited over a week for a simple door panel part that they said was in stock. The shop is busy, but they definitely dropped the ball on my repair.
