Came in for an oil change appointment and sat for four hours. Nobody told me why it was taking so long. When I finally asked they just shrugged it off.

Came for a routine checkup and they were thorough. They pointed out my brakes were getting thin but didnt pressure me to fix them that same day. Good advice.

Dropped my car off for its scheduled maintenance and it was ready by lunch. They washed it too which was a nice bonus. Definitely coming back for next service.

Every time I walk through the doors I get greeted with a smile. It is nice to be treated like a person and not just a sales quota at a dealership.

Asked about a part for my Enclave and they told me theyd call me back. Never heard from them. Had to call twice to get an answer finally. Frustrating process.
