Scheduled an oil change and it took four hours. What is the point of an appointment if I'm just going to sit there all afternoon? Frustrating.

Bad attitude and poor service
The service advisor was dismissive when I asked about the cost of the repair. I don't appreciate being treated like I don't know my own vehicle.

Solid service but pricey
They do great work and I never worry about my car afterwards. Prices are high, but you pay for the peace of mind and the BMW specialized care.
