Finance guy tried to add a bunch of useless fees that I explicitly said I didnt want. Took forever to get the contract right. Felt like a total bait and switch.

Came for a routine checkup and they were thorough. They pointed out my brakes were getting thin but didnt pressure me to fix them that same day. Good advice.

Dropped my car off for its scheduled maintenance and it was ready by lunch. They washed it too which was a nice bonus. Definitely coming back for next service.

Came in for an oil change appointment and sat for four hours. Nobody told me why it was taking so long. When I finally asked they just shrugged it off.
